Scatter chart color saturation
I have a scatter chart which I want to highlight certain bubbles based on a selection from a slicer.
Currently I have created a measure which changes the size of the bubbles depending on the selection, great.
However, it would be ideal if i could also change the color saturation of the dots. To me it seems like I should be able to drag the same or an equivalent measure into the color saturation field. But that doesn't work, the field does not accept my measures. Nor does it accept my columns, calculated or otherwise.
What's going on? What values does the color saturation field expect?
I have tried removing the Size field and then adding measures / columns to Color saturation but still nothing.
I've found almost nothing on color saturation online. Is it broken? I'm very confused and frustrated! haha. Thanks in advance.

We can add calculated column or measure into the color saturation field. In my test, it worked fine to affect to color saturation for each dot. You should note that the column or measure that added to color section should be numeric values. Otherwise, the text value will be counted automatically, in that case, for each dot, the corresponding saturation value is the same which results in the same color displayed on chart.

Yuliana GuI recently encountered this as well. Since a legend gives colors to each item on the visual, adding a color saturation would interfer with the legend colors. Although, it would be nice to have a saturation in the form of the colors alpha/transparencey.
