Scatter chart : Can this be achievable in scatter chart with 9 Quadrant as shown in images?

Hello Team,

I'm requesting a scatter chart where the x-axis represents impact and the y-axis represents efforts, displayed in the 9-quadrant format as shown in the provided images. One image depicts the data, and the other illustrates the desired model for how we want this presented in the scatter chart. Any assistance in creating this would be greatly appreciated. Hi,

Using scatter plot chart to do this, I think the best approach is drawing your matrix model on power point or other design software and use that image as a Plot background on this option:

I'd also try to small multiple visual.

@jay3vedi , You will not be able to have regions like that, but you can use conditional formatting and color dots. And use constant lines to create regions
