Scatter Plot with Lines

Hi There, 

I am attempting to re-create this Scatter Plot with Lines in PowerBi.

In excel, my scatter plot has dynamic Series values for the X and Y's. For example, the blue line is pulling in like this:

I have my measures setup for each of these values, and combined them on a table using UNION like so:

(X values different for testing purposes)

Now, I'm stumped. I have yet to find a way to add these to a line or scatter plot logically. In Excel, my X and Y axis is hard coded. Am I missing something? Is there not a way to add multiple series values to PowerBi plots?
