I knew that it was not possible to set date and time on the X-axis of a scatter plot, so I set numbers representing date and time on the X-axis.
This is not possible with a scatter plot, but I think it would be possible with a Line chart, so please see the explanation below.(^^)/Step 0: I use these data below.
Step 1: I add 'Year' column , 'Month' column, 'Day' column and 'DateTime' column in Power Query Editor.
Step 2: I make a Line chart.
