Scatter Plot With Month and Product ID

    Hi rehansaeed2468,

     

    In a Power BI scatter chart, this behavior is expected because the visual can split bubbles by either Legend or Details, not both. Since Shop ID is already used in the Legend, all products for the same month and shop get grouped into one bubble. To show separate bubbles for each Product ID in the same month, you must place Product ID in the Details field. Keep Month Year on the X-axis (set to Continuous), Sum of Sales on the Y-axis, Shop ID in Legend, and Product ID in Details. This will create multiple bubbles at the same month one per product colored by shop. This is a built in limitation of the scatter visual in Power BI.

Hi rehansaeed2468 ,

to get the sum of sales separated by product assign "Product ID" to the Legend. Does that already meet your requirements?

Sorry I missed one more requirement. Each product has a ShoP Id too which is used in the Legend so cant use the Product ID in the Legend.
