Scatter Plot - Standard Deviation from the Mean

Hi All -

I will apologize in advance for I am fairly new to Power BI. I am currently trying to recreate an excel scatter plot in PBI to have my values and a solid bar on the Y-axis for one standard deviation from the mean of my data. Is this possible in PBI? If so, how will I go about recreating it?

Here is my example below with the orange shading is the one standard deviaiton from the mean.
