Scatter Plot - How to plot text values on x axis

Hi,

When I am trying to plot a scatter plot with one variable as whole number(y axis) and other as text(x axis), it is taking the COUNT of it on x axis. Instead, i want it to segregate the text values. How is this possible in power bi ?

Scatter plot does not take a text value in either the x or y axis so it is taking COUNT in order to make your field numeric. The play axis does take a text value but probably not going to give you the visualization you were looking for. You probably need to change to a different visualization or look at a custom visualization.

The SandDance custom visual will allow you to use text values in your axes.

@shreyyyyy Text field that you're putting on x-axis, can you drop that into Play Axis field ?
