Scatter Chart Questions - Play Axis, Labeling

Hello,

I'm currently using the default Scatter Chart and want to be able to do two things - 

1. Have the Play Axis leave the data on as time passes IE if something happens on 8/1 then another on 8/2, both left on for 8/3

2. Have the category and Description on the bubble rather than beneath it

Some background - I'm also using a photo that needs to be in the background and am open to using a custom visual

I test this in my environment(2.75.5649.861 64-bit (November 2019)), I find that currently the label is show as tooltip  and can't show it in bubble(you need to submit this in power-bi-ideas ). In addition, If you want to set background image, you could set this in plot area. You could refer to my sample for details.
