Saving visualization properties and formulas

Newer Power BI user here. 

 

Is there any way to save a copy of all the properties of a visualization and all my measure formulas outside of Power BI to keep as a backup or for future reference?

 

I've created some complex measures and would like to start a reference manual for myself so I'm not reinventing the wheel.

    Reetz ,

     

    After creating formulas or parameters.  You can create a power bi template file by selecting File > Save As and save as a .pbit file.
