Saving a query without applying it

I have created a query that collects specific information about every airport that exists in the world (from Wikipedia); the query includes invoking several nested functions.

I Applied the query while forgeting that there is around 40,000 + airports in the world and for the query to complete its run it would probably takes hours if not a full day !

(for every airport info to be fetched, it takes a second, I have 40,000 so I will need around +13 hrsto apply the query)

is there a way to save my query without waiting for it to be applied ? if I press cancel in the Apply query change box; I will lose the latest changes I made to the query; and I will have to re-do it again almost from scratch...

by the time of this post the query have fetched 4,000 rows;  37,000 rows left my poor PC still has 9 - 10 hrs of agony before completing the query. Smiley Sad Robot Mad
