Save current theme greyed out

I couldn't save theme for some pbi reports. The "Save current theme" botton is greyed out. I don't have this issue for some other reports. Does anyone know why? Thank you!

I found the reason my self.  "Save current theme" is enabled when you use some custome theme.  After clicking "customize current theme" and fill in a name for current theme,  "save current theme" button is enabled.
