So I tried to follow the sample file and this is what I got.
I am not sure if this is clear but this represents different stages of manufacturing, where in every srage, there is waste and samples. Ultimately, the accountabilty should be 100% (my good product, plus waste plus samples). Here are 3 things I need help with:
1. How can I make the components of each stage appear consistently? for example, product, samples, and waste. I arragned the data in this this order but the driagram mixed up the order.
2. Why the lines are crossed? How can I make them parallel or at least not crossed.
3. How can I show the break up date for each stage? for example, the amount of product, samples and waste.
I dont know if I can attach a file but here is my data

Hi SankeyUser
It seems they should be crossed because the Sources Lot1,Lot2...Lot6 have the same destinations(Samples,Waste,Granulation). If you want to change the order, you may try to click on the chart to move it manually.Turn on the 'Data link labels' could show the values.
