Hi,
I've been using this great visual for a while, but since an update some time ago it isn't working properly anymore: If I view a Sankey with about >10 links/nodes, all link widths are often exactly the same! This problem tends to be fixed if I view in focus mode or just increase the size of the visual (or filter so that the number of nodes decrease).
Very annoying since I want the links to be proportional to the weights.
It's not the issue of logarithmic vs. linear weights, and I have updated PBI to the latest version.
Any suggestions?
Best regards,
Michiel
Sure. See below two example charts which are the same in data, but differ only in size. Left is smaller (about 1/2 of page height) has all weights the same, right is displayed correctly.
Hi @mwschepers,
I reproduce your issue and I found it only appears when you turn on the 'enable logarithmic scale' feature or shrink the visual too small.
So I think this visual has a hidden height limit on the 'weight' percent, if you shrink it over the limit, it will priority to display the linkship.
BTW, you can also contact to power bi custom visual team for further support.
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
