It seems like the source data has from web, perhaps you can take a look at below blog to know more this visual.
So, apparently, the map expects a 3-letter country code, not 2. Provided that you don’t have it in your data, the easiest solution is to add a separate country table into your model. The ultimate data source — Wikipedia.
In Power BI Desktop click on “Get data” and select Web.
Enter the link to the Wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1 and hit OK.
