do you have any idea why the filter differentiate all January 2021 as below ?

Just hazarding a guess: By any chance is the column Month2 formatted as "mmmm yyyy", and each of the values formatted as "January 2021" are different date or datetime values?
You could try formatting Month2 using a different date format to check.
If not, it looks like a glitch.
I created an example that looks similar (each of the values "January 2021" represent different dates):
