Hello guys,
To design a report ,i am using SQL server as backend data source .
but the same query gaves a different count of rows in power bi desktop and in Sql server Management Studio .
For more clarification find below snap of ssms result window and PBI query editor -> count row window.
Same query gives 42666 count in SQL Server while PBI gives only 28529.

Thanks for your response , In my case I am using Direct Query mode for extracting the data from SQL Server.
My problem still persists.
