Same report for different data sets

Using BI to create a 3D scatter plot from a JSON file. I've finally got a chart I like, and am wondering how to create a similar chart for other data sets.

Thinking that I could just rename the source JSON file, copy a new JSON and give it the name BI is looking for, and then refresh. But, I'm hoping there's a  better way.
