    Hi Pikachu-Power ,

    For this you need to create a measure similar to the one below:

    Quarter/month MAX =
    IF (
        HASONEVALUE ( 'Table'[Month] ),
        MAXX (
            SUMMARIZE (
                ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' ),
                'Table'[Year],
                'Table'[Month],
                "TOTAL VALUE", SUM ( 'Table'[Value] )
            ),
            [TOTAL VALUE]
        ),
        MAXX (
            SUMMARIZE (
                ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' ),
                'Table'[Year],
                'Table'[Quarter],
                "TOTAL VALUE", SUM ( 'Table'[TOTAL VALUE] )
            ),
            [TOTAL VALUE]
        )
    )

    This may need some changes based on your values and also a IF statement to remove the where you have blanks.

    Then use this metric has your MAX value on your visualizations.
