Same Rows and colums, different results

Hello community,
I have a problem in a report that I did not create myself. There is the following visual:

In the rows on the first level, the projects of our department are shown. On the second level, we have the projekt members, which are commited to the project. 

The value is the sum of hours, a ressource is commited to the project. Dax code is the following one:

When I create the visual myself, all the levels are collapsed by default and the plus sign to expand them is not visible. If I then expand to the lowest level, the second level is visible, but the values are different:

I think, there has to be something in general settings somewhere, which makes visual 2 differ from visual 1 but I can't find it. 

Mention: ALL settings in the visual formatting pane are the same. Everything else too, because I created my visual in the same report on the same page

Do you have any explanation for me, why this behaviour occurs?
