Same Name columns in different tables

Hi Power bi familiy,

I have a small issue with name or employee colmn, because this name or emp column is available in 2 differnet tables.

Names are same but based on table name meaning change, here i have 2 table, 1.work order table has a name column(Authorised manager of work order) 2.Technician name column(Just worker or helper or coordinator of the work which has assigned by his manager). NOTE : both tables are not participating in relationship(but both can talk each other by refrence of other tables).

here i choosen technician as below name(not a work manager) at that it is showing some wo codes

if i choose him as a manager wo codes were showing less

the query is how can i show all wo codes which related to above selected person is by selecting only one time as a dynamic selection.

once i select above person the data need to show all wo codes such as his mangerial or authorised wo codes and involved as a technician or emp wo codes.

please can any one give me a hint or solution to solve this problem
