Same Measure showing different values on different visualization

This has beed driving me nuts...I created a new page and displayed a measure which was used on a different page. I've slowly removed all visuals and filters from the initial page and I have 2 different values for the same measure.
I can confirm I have checked the filters, slicers, it is the same measure which is simply showing different values on different pages. Can't seem to get rid of it.
