Same Chart, Different Counts
Hi ginalu
There are a few things to check just to please check:
- Click on View tab and click on Selection. This will bring up a pane on the right-side of the screen. Review it to ensure there are no hidden objects or elements that might be creating the discrepancy.
- Once you complete the above, click on Sync Slicers. Similar to the above, it will bring up another pane on the right-side of the screen. Ensure that there are no slicers from other pages that are influencing the visual outputs.
Once you've done the above, I recommend creating a new page and recreating it from scratch. Do not use any Page or Visual level filters. ONLY USE SLICERS to recreate the filters you want to see on the visual. This will ensure you are able to error-check the process properly.
Please let me know how it goes.

Hi TheoC ,
Thank you for your reply. I have reconfirmed that standard count is used in all calculations. Attached are two sheets with detailed settings.
The only difference is the chart range of the country filter. The first sheet filters this visual effect, while the second sheet filters this page. However, for this bar chart, both sheets have the same filter criteria, but the daily register numbers are different. Additionally, the first sheet only has the value for Taiwan in the country filter. I'm not sure where the problem lies.
