Can you provide
A) a sample of the (relevant) tables in your model? In text-tabular format so that the data can be copied. Or just share the pbix
B) a more detailed (conceptual) explanation of how you would calculate both point 1 and 2, ideally based on the sample data adn withe the expected result. Particularly point 2, to eliminate ambiguity
