@Anonymous how these two tables are related? The table on which you are doing average and the table from which you are using the columns on the row?

@Anonymous so you have 3 levels:
first column is "td system group
2nd column is "section"
what is the 3rd column with big number 1415100-41-91-02
this column should also be the part of summarize expression.
