SUMIFS Table in Power BI

Hi, I have the below table set up in Excel which has a starting figure and then the subsequent months as formula driven. I'll post the formula below also. Is it possible to set this up in Power BI rather than having a spreadsheet specifically for this? It's not the most ideal solution at the moment. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is the formula from Cell C4. This continues in the table with the reference changing for cells A4 (Month) and B4 (Division).

=SUM(SUMIFS('[CRM Won_Lost KPI''s.xlsm]Won Lost Pending 2019'!$O:$O,'[CRM Won_Lost KPI''s.xlsm]Won Lost Pending 2019'!$C:$C,B4,'[CRM Won_Lost KPI''s.xlsm]Won Lost Pending 2019'!$Y:$Y,">="&A4,'[CRM Won_Lost KPI''s.xlsm]Won Lost Pending 2019'!$Y:$Y,"<="&EOMONTH(A4,0),'[CRM Won_Lost KPI''s.xlsm]Won Lost Pending 2019'!$G:$G,">="&$E$1,'[CRM Won_Lost KPI''s.xlsm]Won Lost Pending 2019'!$I:$I,{"Pending","Won"}),C2)
