SUM is coming wrong

Hello Everyone,

I am facing this issue where I am taking some csv sales files stored in a folder by using GET DATA>FOLDER.

 

But when I am collating combining the data of the csv files that are of different month.

 

Then checking the "sum of net amount" of July it is coming wrong but if I filter those csv files by using folder path column and only working on July 2023 csv file then "Sum of net amount" is coming accurate.

 

Can someone please tell me why is this happening and what can I do to stop it?

    Anonymous Only thing I can think of is that one of the other files has data in it that is being classified as July. Hard to really say with the information provided.

      Thanks for responding. 

       

      Well yea I have two July files, one is of 2022 and other one is 2023 as shown in the below image. 

      If I am working with all of them it is not showing correct values but If I am working only "July 2023" then it is showing correct values
