STDEV.P - Total Values of a Column, But only within 2 standard deviations?

I’m trying to perform a “standard deviation” calculation on a column, filter any values that are more than 2 standard deviations away from the mean, and then sum the remaining values.

How do you define the "standard deviations", is it a static value?

Please share some sample data and expected result to help us better understanding of your requirement.
