SSRS server and power BI version mismatch

Hi,

 

I have created a very simple Power BI report in the latest sesktop build of PBI, IT gave me accesss to our SSRS server to upload it, every time I try it wont allow the upload as saying build mismatch - " Can't upload this report - Report was created with a newer version of PB dekstop that is not supported on the server".

 

I did ask and they said server is ont he latest it can be.

 

Our IT is outsourced and they dont havea scooby, anyhelp gratefully received.

    Hi Madhatter ,

    Please try to create a report with Power BI Desktop for RS and then upload to server.
