SSAS roles - Dimension Data filtering doesn't work

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out, how to filter specific members for every single worker in our company. "Dimension Data" filtering in SSAS works in SSRS and Excel, but not in Power BI.

Do you have any ideas?

What do you mean by not works in Power BI? I have tested it on my local environment, we can filter the data by using a slicer, and drag the customer dimension to this slicer visual.

In your scenario, please provide us more details information about it, if possible provide us some screenshots, so that we can make further analysis.

We created roles for a few of our workers which have permissions only for some specific destinations. This filtering works in SSRS and in Excel, but not in Power BI.

Are you using MD or Tabular SSAS?
