Hi all,
I am currently building some reports in Power BI Desktop with SSAS 2016 Multidimensional as the data source in Live Connection mode (DirectQuery).
It seems that formatting defined in the SSAS model does not come through properly in PBI.
For example, percentage measure with Format defined in SSAS = Percent or "#,##0.00%;-#,##0.00%", in PBI charts, it simply shows as 0.2 for example for 20%.
However, Card visual display the value correctly and with the % symbol as well.
Interestingly though, if I click "Show Data" on those charts, in the generated table, it shows the percentage value correctly.
I also noticed that if I set the measure in SSAS with format = "$#,##0.00;-$#,##0.00" , the $ symbol does not show in PBI unless you use Card visual.
Is this a known bug? Any ideas how to get around this issue?
Thanks
