Where can I find the SQLlite3 ODBC driver to load into PowerBi for reading external database files.

@Anonymous I don't think your question is relevant to Power BI, you need to find ODBC driver and then use Power BI to connect to ODBC to read data.
I found this post for drivers, and I'm not expert and never used SQLLite so I will leave upto you to figure out if this is useful or not.

As @parry2k said before,you need to find ODBC driver and only connect in desktop.
