SQLDUMPER + 'xllogop.inl' Error
Hello all. Any help would be much appreciated. When dragging a measure to the visual, I am coming across the errors below. I am also seeing SQLDUMPER.EXE occasionally when filtering, copy/pasting visuals etc. I know the issue is not specific to the measure itself, If I open up a new page on desktop, the measure works as intended.

This looks like a deeper issue with the Power BI Desktop engine itself — especially since you're seeing SQLDUMPER.EXE pop up, which usually indicates a crash or internal exception.
Here’s what I’d try:
Update Power BI Desktop
Make sure you're on the latest version. Older builds sometimes have memory or rendering bugs that were patched later.Clear cache
Go to File > Options and settings > Options > Data Load and clear the cache. Also try deleting the contents of:
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\AnalysisServicesWorkspaces
Check custom visuals
If you're using any custom visuals, try removing them temporarily. Some visuals can trigger rendering issues or memory leaks.Rebuild the visual
Since you mentioned the issue persists even on a new page, try recreating the visual from scratch in a new report file to rule out file corruption.Run as admin
Try launching Power BI Desktop as Administrator — sometimes permission issues can cause odd behavior.
If none of that helps, I’d recommend opening a support ticket and attaching the .pbix file along with the error logs.
