SQL Server connection failed

i am trying to see my report in the power bi web but i am getting an error -

2 points - in power bi desktop i can connect and refresh the data (which connect to sql quary)

               -  when  i am tring to see the report in the power bi web it looks like its connect in some way - i can see it thinking and                         running (see below). but after 3 sec i am getting the error.

    If your SQL Server is on-premises then you need to use a gateway for service refreshes.
