SQL Database Authentication error

hi,

I am facing a strange issue in connecting to SQL server from powerbi desktop.  I keep getting "user not authorized error". I have access to the DB server. We are using windows authentication to an on prem database server. I verfied by connecting using SQL management studio. I also can connect from another machine to the same server using power bi desktop.  I tried clearing the "Clear permissions" and "Clear Cache". I even tried reinstalling Powerbi Desktop. nothing helped.

Does anyone has any idea why this could happen?

Delete permission
Keep Browser autincation

Login through web browser

Ignore Privacy
