SPC Chart with Intervention Period

Hi, 

I'm transitioning from Tableau to PowerBI for the dashboards that I'm building.   Is there a way to create a chart that looks like the one below in Tableau?   I'd like to be able to track processes accross Baselines and Interventions on the same chart.
