Hi @ILIAS66
Purchasing an Office 365 license does not, by itself, grant the organization’s administrator access to your personal computer or files. Here are the key points to understand:
File Accessibility: Any files stored in shared or public folders within the organization's environment (e.g., OneDrive for Business or SharePoint) can be accessed by administrators or as permitted by the organization’s security policies.
Ownership of the Device: If the computer you are using belongs to your employer, access and control depend on the security and monitoring tools installed by the organization. Many companies enforce their security measures (e.g., endpoint management or monitoring software) on company-owned devices.
Personal Devices: If you are using a personal device, administrators generally cannot access the contents of your computer. However, they can control access to the organizational tools and services, including Office 365 applications.
Ultimately, these are strategic and administrative decisions governed by the organization’s IT security policies.
