SAP HANA Database connection error

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect to HANA using the SAP HANA database option from "Get Data" menu. I'm getting the following error:

"This connector is not configured correctly.

This connector requires one or more additional components to be installed before it can be used"

I already installed the SAP HANA Client 32 bits and it's working fine. I tested the connection and it can connect to HANA.

Is there something missing in the configuration and installation?

Hi, I am very new to POWER BI. I need to get my data from SAP HANA server. Could you please help me anyone on this how to connect and from where we need to get the connectors and all other info.

I have tested it on my local environment, installed SAP_HANA_CLIENT_120_00_x64 (Since my Power BI desktop is 64 bit) on my conputer and we can connect to SAL HANA database without any issues.

In your scenario, 32 bit or 64 bit of Power BI desktop are you using? If you used 64 bit Power BI desktop, please install 64 bit SAP HANA connector and check if this issue persists or not.
