SAP Business Warehouse Memory Allocation Issue

The error message you are encountering indicates that the SAP BW system is running out of memory during the extraction process. This can happen for a number of reasons, including the amount of data being extracted or the complexity of the query being executed.

Regarding data duplication, this may be due to the different ways in which Power BI and SAP BW handle case sensitivity and leading/trailing spaces.

Use Power Query Editor in Power BI to ensure that the case of your text data is consistent before you load it into Power BI. You can use functions to normalize text data.
