SAP BW Message server connection failed

Hi,

we are trying to use SAP connector 3.0 to link powerBI with our BW system.

But throwing the below message.Any idea on this?

Hi @Becky_lu ,

Please download 64-bit file gx64ntlm.dll from SAP portal. (or 32-bit if your Windows/Excel/SAP is 32-bit)
Then copy gx64ntlm.dll file to C:\Windows\System32 folder.

If you still cannot solve the issue, please refer to the documentation for troubleshooting.
