SAP BW Import does not extract data but Direct query does?

I have a SAP BW on-premise server that i am using to build some powerbi reports, whenever I use Import and select my characterstics and dimesnions the import functionality does not show me any data while the preview shows me some data, but when I use direct query it shows me some data but it takes sometime to load, for my case I am using the import functionality and I need to extract the data, I am extracting only the month of 2019 April, and still it shows me blank values when I load the data but in Preview it shows me data does anyone know what is the problem here and how this can be fixed?

    In theory, it will show all the data with import mode. Please clear the permission and try to again.
