Helper VSAMEPERIODLASTYEAR - does not work with Weeknr, any alternatives?
Hi, i use SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR mostly with success on day and month level, however, it does not seem to work with Weeknumbers, as it uses the dates from the present year instead of the dates in the week does anybody has a workaround:

AFAIK, time intelligence functions required a complete regular version calendar table. So if you want to use them, you need to double-check on it and correspondent relationships to the fact table. (time intelligence functions look simple to use but they still contain a few limitations)
In addition, you can also try to use date functions to manually define the calculation date range to get the same result, it not required the calendar table.
