    I see that you're using the Date table fields for slicing. That's much better. Try this:

    Measure V4 = 
VAR max_ =
    MAX ( 'Date'[Date] )
RETURN
    CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[Ferien Rest] ), 'Date'[Date] <= max_, ALL ( 'Date' ) )
