I ran a measure to get the running billings of a project by MonthYearNumber to keep it simple. But how to I stop the line/data from running on forever and limit it to the last date of data provided. I can filter it, but I have hundreds of projects and I don't want to have to filter it on each project.

@efstel I would recommend this approach: Better Running Total - Microsoft Fabric Community
But, even with what you have, you should be able to do this:
Measure =
VAR __Rows = COUNTROWS('JobBillingData')
VAR __Result = IF( __Rows = BLANK(), BLANK(), [BilledAmt running total in MonthYearNumber])
RETURN
__Result
