Sorry for that, but based on my research, the line value will not apply by the column series field, we can only add multi measure in Line Values field to generate multi lines in this chart.
We also not found an effective solution to achieve your requirement, perhaps you can vote this ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner : https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/32550865-combo-chart-with-multiple-line-and-column-charts

Thanks for the reply v-lid-msft , I will continue to search for any possible solution, and If I cannot find anything, I will create individual measures for each month.
