Running Total based on Funding Year

I've got a data source with a funding ID and I need to create a column with the running total.  See below for an example. How would I create the running total column? FundingID Funding Year...

    Hi mvgust 

    if you need to classify by id then sum total, try this

     CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Amount]),FILTER(ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[FundingID]),'Table'[Funding Year]<=MIN('Table'[Funding Year])))

     result
