Running Stacked Bar Chart

I am trying to build a stacked bar chart that depicts a running total by week. The one caveat is I need to stack the running total with each prior week. The below is an example of how it looks in excel

 

 

The tricky part is the values in the current week should be (Current Week Estimates + All weeks prior in month)

 

For example, in week 3 it will be week 3 estimate and week 1+2.

 

The other component of this graph is a similar metric being tracked on the secondary axis and overlayed. Is this even possible?
