    Measure1 = if(ISBLANK([Actual Time]),BLANK(),CALCULATE([Actual Time],DATESBETWEEN('Date 1'[Date],CALCULATE(MIN('Date 1'[Date]),ALL('Date 1'[asBUILT Weekday])),MAX('Date 1'[Date]))))
