I doubt on GT , but cumm should work
cumm total =Calculate(Sum(Table[GOR]),filter(all(Table),table[UWI]<=max(table[UWI])))
GT = sumx(summarize(all(Table),Table[table[UWI]],"_gor",[GOR]),[_gor])
