Rows to Columns

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Is it possible to make the column&nbsp; (MET0001.HD...) to transpose without disturbing other columns with the value of the next column?&nbsp;&nbsp;Expected output will be:3 new columns:MET0001.HD&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MET0005.EP&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MET0009.EP&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 008&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 0.790&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 008&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; 0,780&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1,924&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you!
