Row value not displayed for single-category data

Hello!

I have an issue with my matrix visual in PBI, it has calenderweeks as columns, sum of orders as values and then it has countries in rows. The country column is organized in a hiearchy so continent - area - country or something. Everything is displayed fine as long as there are at least two different country names present in the data. However when filtering the page for a certain company there is only one country name present in this subset of data and then the country name no longer shows up and the matrix looks like this: 

 

I am working with live connection and changing the hierarchy or data structure is not really an option, so ideally there is a formatting change or measure I could use that will ensure the country name always shows up?

    What the structure of your data looks like?

    As far as I know, this is not the case in general, if possible, please provide more raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following links to share the required info:
